Football games are all at Dodger Stadium and Volleyball
games are at SE.
For football games you need to arrive between 5:45-6. Steve
should be around and will get you the cash boxes and tickets or else check with
those in the concession stand. Two people will be in the ticket booth for those
that need to purchase a ticket. You will give them one of the tear off tickets
which they will present at the gate. A minimum of two people need to be at the
gate to check for tickets or athletic passes (so work with those that are
assigned with you to see who can cover). You will need to take/sell tickets
through half time. After this time, the people in the ticket booth will need to
count the drawer and return the box and money to the concession stand.
For volleyball games you need to arrive around 5:30. We need
at least one person at the elementary commons entrance and one at the main high
school entrance. You will take money for those that need to pay and check
athletic passes. You should be able to stop around 7:45 as most people will be
there by then. You need to count the money in your drawer and return it to the
concession stand.
If you cannot work the game you were assigned, it is your
responsibility to switch with someone else or find a replacement from other
parents of athletes on your son or daughter’s teams. If you need help with
contact information you can call or email Nancy Richman.
